terms of service

USAGE

- I own the rights to my work, including commissioned work. I am allowed to repost commissioned artwork until stated otherwise by a client.
-Do not use my art in NFTS/Online Currency.
-Commissions are for personal usage only. Do not resell/reproduce.

PAYMENT

-I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE COMMISSIONS.
-Pay upfront on Paypal or Venmo. I will not accept any other form of payment.
-Commissions may take up 2-5 weeks. I am a student in college and I may not have time to finish a client's commissions on time. I will do my best to do commission work in my free time.
-Refunds will be given back in full if the commissioned work has no significant progress. Partial refunds will be given to the client if the artwork is completed.

COMMISSION RULES

-Will draw: OCS, vtubers, fanart of any franchise. Please provide reference sheets for your original characters.
-Will NOT draw: Full body, Mecha, furries, NSFW, offensive imagery/symbols (racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.)
